An essential Pre-Union type, bearing the 'VIGO' hallmark that serves as a symbolic jab at the Spanish and minted from a significant amount of specie captured during a naval victory at Vigo Bay. The technical grade appears accurately designated, showcasing a pleasing specimen with light and balanced wear from circulation.
