Issued for the World's Exposition in Paris [unawarded]. Obverse: Bare head right; Reverse: Crowned and mantled coat-of-arms over crossed scepters surmounted by seated figure and Hand of Justice; banner and shields around; plaque below left blank for engraving. Edge: Hand. 1) Silver. PCGS SPECIMEN-64. 2) Copper. PCGS SPECIMEN-66 Brown.
