FRANCE. Duo of Napoleon III Medals (2 Pieces), 1855. Paris Mint. PCGS SPECIMEN-64.
Both pieces: Divo-234. By A. Barre. Diameter: 58mm. Issued for the World's Exposition in Paris [unawarded]. Obverse: Bare head right; Reverse: Crowned and mantled coat-of-arms over crossed scepters surmounted by seated figure and Hand of Justice; banner and shields around; plaque below left blank for engraving. Edge: Hand.

1) Silver. PCGS SPECIMEN-64.

2) Copper. PCGS SPECIMEN-66 Brown.

Both examples present rich brilliance and precision of strike, with the silver specimen offering great frosting upon the devices.
