| Lot description: L. Manlius Torquatus, 82 BC. Denarius (Silver, 18 mm, 3.91 g, 9 h), with L. Cornelius Sulla, military mint moving with Sulla. L•MANLI T - PRO•Q Head of Roma to right, wearing winged helmet, pendant earring and pearl necklace. Rev. L•SVLLA•IM[P] Sulla driving triumphal quadriga to right, holding caduceus in his right hand and reins with his left; above, Victory flying left, crowning him with laurel wreath.
