Constantine IV Pogonatus. 668-685. AV Solidus (18.5mm, 4.42 g, 6h). Constantinople mint, 9th officina. Struck 681-685. Helmeted and cuirassed bust facing slightly right, holding spear over shoulder, shield on left shoulder / Cross potent set on three steps; Θ//CONOB. DOC 14c; MIB 10; SB 1157. Lightly toned with some luster, doubling on reverse. Near EF.
