Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind / Nike advancing left, holding wreath and palm frond; IZ/L (date) to left. Köln –; Dattari (Savio) –; K&G 14.10; RPC IV.4 3325.4 (this coin); Emmett 2487.17 (R5). Dark brown surfaces, minor marks and scratches. VF. Very rare first issue after Commodus' elevation to Augustus. Only four known to RPC. From the Dr. Thomas E. Beniak Collection.
