KINGS of MACEDON. Antigonos I Monophthalmos. As Strategos of Asia, 320-306/5 BC. AR Tetradrachm (25.5mm, 17.06 g, 5h). In the name and types of Alexander III. Susa mint. Struck under Aspesias, Satrap of Susiana, circa 316-311 BC. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin / Zeus Aëtophoros seated left; wreath in left field; below throne, AI above strut, monogram below. Price 3857. Toned, a few minor marks, small flan flaw on obverse. Near EF. High relief.
