Hadrian. AD 117-138. Æ Sestertius (32mm, 25.91 g, 12h). "Travel series" issue ("Provinces cycle") – Restitutor type. Rome mint. Struck circa AD 130-133. Laureate and draped bust right / RESTITVTORI GALLIAE, S C in exergue, Hadrian standing right, holding volumen and raising kneeling Gallia. RIC II.3 1848; Banti 658. Rough brown surfaces, bare metal highlights. Good VF.
