Judaea City Coinage, Samaria, Neapolis, Faustina II, (A.D. 147-175), AE 3, issued A.D. 147-175, CY 90, (A.D.161/2), (5.65 g), obv, FAUCTEINAN CEBACTHN around, bust of Faustina II draped to right, the hair (style 3 older 2) is elaborately dressed in horizontal lines, coiled on back fastened with pearls, rev, around, FL NEACPOLE CYRIAC PALEC date in field, in exergue [TINHC], cult statue, representing Ephesian Artemis with high headdress, standing facing, flanked by stags, (S.1801, cf.RPC.6348). Deeply toned, extremely fine and very rare.
