Obverse: Draped bust of Constans facing with long beard wearing crown ornamented with cross and holding globus cruciger, K in right field. Reverse: Large M surmounted by crowned and draped bust of Constantine IV holding globus cruciger and flanked by crowned and draped busts of Heraclius and Tiberius, each holding globus cruciger.
