C. Coelius Caldus. Denarius 51, AR 18 mm, 3.89 g. Head of C. Coelius Caldus r.; before, [standard in the form of a boar] (?) and C COELIVS CALDVS; below, COS; behind, spear and carnyx. Rev. Table inscribed L CALDVS / VII VIR EPVL, with figure behind preparing epulum; on l., trophy with Macedonian shield and C CALDVS; on r., trophy with carnyx and oval shield decorated with thunderbolt and IMP A X; below, C CALDVS III VIR.
