Uncertain mint, possibly in southern Italy, ca. 38 BC. CAESAR-DIVI•F, bare head of Octavian right / DIVOS-IVLVS, wreathed head of Divus Julius Caesar right. Crawford 535/1. RPC I 620. Handsome artistically rendered portraits of the founding fathers of the Roman Empire, struck on a dark cool forest green flan.
