Schmidt Collection; ii) Julia Maesa, AR Denarius, Rome, c.AD218-222, IVLIA MAESA AVG draped bust right, rev. SAECVLI FELICITAS Felicitas standing left, sacrificing out of patera over lit altar and holding long caduceus, star in left field, 6h, 2.75g, (RIC IV, 272 (Elagabalus); BMCRE, 81 (Elagabalus); RSC, 45b), toned, lustrous and well-struck, very fine; iii) Faustina Junior, Daughter of Antoninus Pius (AD138-161) AR Denarius, Rome, 141-161. FAVSTINA AVG ANTONINI PII FIL, draped bust to right rev. CONCORDIA, Concordia standing facing, head to right, holding cornucopiae and raising skirt, 6h, 3.16g, (RIC, 500b (Pius); BMCRE, 1085 (Pius); RSC, 42) beautifully toned and lustrous, handsome portrait on obverse, lightly porous reverse, some small cracks at edge, but overall good very fine; iv) Philip I, 'The Arab', (AD244-249), AR Antoninianus, Rome, AD 244-24, IMP M IVL PHILIPPVS AVG, radiate, draped and cuirassed bust right rev.
