Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind / Hygieia standing right, feeding serpent from patera, facing Asclepius standing facing, head left, leaning on serpent-entwined staff to left. RPC IX 1357 = SNG Levante 1159 (this coin); SNG BN 1761. Brown surfaces, earthen deposits, bare metal visible. Near VF. Very rare.
