LYDIA, Silandus. Caracalla. AD 198-217. Æ Medallion (40mm, 28.99 g, 6h). Helenos, son of Apollonides, first archon for the second time. Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, seen from the front / Kore, veiled, standing right, holding scepter and patera, and Tyche Soterios, standing left, holding rudder and cornucopia. Hochard 2256 (D25/R40); Amandry, Silandos; Kurth 80 corr. (Persephone); BMC 26 corr. (Athena). Earthen brown patina, light roughness, reverse flan flaw. Near VF.
