She-wolf standing left, suckling Romulus and Remus; above, two eight-pointed stars; in exergue, TR•S. RIC 542 var. An extremely rare and very interesting helmet decoration. Struck from slightly worn dies, otherwise, extremely fine. From the collection of Dr. L. Ramskold, formed since 1969.
