Diademed head to right, wearing aegis / ΠΤΟΛEΜΑΙOΥ ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ, eagle with closed wings standing to left on thunderbolt; ΠT above ΔΩ monogram to left, Galatian shield to right.
