Diademed head to right / Eagle, with wings spread, standing to right on thunderbolt; BAΣIΛEΩΣ across upper fields, ΠEP-ΣEΩΣ across lower fields, NK monogram above, AY (mintmaster's) monogram in right field, AI monogram between legs; all within oak wreath, plow to left below.
