BITHYNIA. Cius. Commodus, 177-192. Diassarion (Bronze, 32 mm, 18.69 g, 7 h), circa 180-182. ΑΥ K Μ ΑΥΡ ΚΟΜΟΔΟΝ ΑΝΤⲰΝΙΝΟΝ Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Commodus to right, seen from behind. Rev. ΚΙΑΝΩΝ Roma seated left on rock, holding Nike in her right hand and cornucopiae in her left. RG 51. RPC IV.1 online 4774 corr. (obverse legend). Extremely rare. Somewhat smoothed and with minor traces of corrosion, otherwise, very fine.

ΑΥ Κ Μ ΑΝΤ ΓΟΡΔΙΑΝΟϹ Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Gordian III to right, seen from behind. Rev. ΜΗΤΡΟ Ν-Ε-Ο-ΚΑΙϹΑΡΙΑϹ / ΕΤ ΡΟΗ Altar draped with an garland and bearing a prize crown containing two palm branches. RG 53a. RPC VII.2, 2817. Clear. Remains of corrosion and some slight double striking on the reverse, otherwise, very fine.
