Diademed head right / Eagle standing right on thunderbolt; Φ above, AY monogram to right, AN monogram between legs; all within oak wreath; below, plow left. De Luca, Tetradrachms 181 (O40/R164); Mamroth, Perseus 24; HGC 3, 1094. Iridescent tone, minor deposits, a few light scratches under tone on obverse. VF.
