Rx: LIBERAL AVG / III in exergue, P M TR - [P - C - OS III] around, Hadrian seated l. on camp chair on platform, before him an attendant empties a coin counter into the toga fold of a citizen ascending steps to the platform; behind the emperor, a second recipient ascends a second stairway to the platform.
