HGC-3.1, 1091; Mamroth-13. Obverse: Diademed head right; Reverse: Eagle, with wings spread, standing right on thunderbolt; monogram above, to right, and between legs; all within oak wreath; below, star. A bold exemplar with an expressive portrait. Four edge marks and the overcleaned obverse indicate past jewelry use, but the coin remains attractive and shows only gentle circulation wear.

HGC-1, 1231; HN Italy-1729; SNG ANS-817-27. Obverse: Bull standing left, head right; VM above; Reverse: Incuse of obverse, reversed, with no ethnic. Despite the noted edge chips, this deeply toned and heavily tactile issue still offers great appeal and otherwise remains without issue. On account of the edges, however, NGC has elected to issue a photo certificate rather than encapsulation.
