Lifetime issue. Obverse: Laureate and veiled head right; Reverse: Venus Victrix standing left, holding victoriola and scepter; shield to right. Emanating from the period just before Caesar's assassination--possibly by only a few weeks or even days--this example still retains a solid portrait of the "dictator for life."
