D N HONORI-VS P F AVG, pearl-diademed, helmeted, and cuirassed bust of Honorius facing, head slightly right, spear in right hand over shoulder, shield decorated with horseman motif in left / CONCORDI-A AVGG H, Constantinopolis seated facing on backless throne, helmeted head right, grounded scepter in right hand, Victory left on globe in outstretched left hand, right foot on prow; star in left field; CONOB in exergue. RIC X (Arcadius) 8. Boldly struck Mint State example featuring a butterscotch flan.
