D N VALENTINIANVS P F AVG, pearl-diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust of Valentinian II right, seen from front / VOTIS / XV / MVLTIS / XX, legend in four lines in laurel wreath terminating in small medallion; SISCPZ (Z retrograde) in exergue. RIC IX -, cf. 19c (siliqua). Cf. Helios Numismatik, Auction 4 (14 October 2009), lot 722 for another example from different dies, and the only other known example.
