CILICIA, Tarsus. Maximus. Caesar, AD 235/6-238. Æ (33mm, 16.81 g, 6h). Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind / Athena advancing left, holding Nike, spear, and shield. RPC VI Online 7142.4 (this coin); SNG BN –; SNG Levante 1107 (same dise). Dark brown patina, roughness, small scrape on obverse, reverse deposits, obverse tooled. Fine. Rare.
