| Lot description: Roman Republic, Lot of 2 Denar, M. Aemilius Scaurus and P. Plautius Hypsaeus 58 BC, M. Fannius 123, BC, Rome Weight (from left) 2,71 g, 16 mm i 3,93 g, 19 mm. An interesting set, including a rare and sought-after Denar with a camel, minted to pay tribute to Rome in 62 B.C. by Aretas III. He was the king of the Nabataeans, an ancient state with its capital in Petra, famous for its monumental buildings carved in the rocks (today's Jordan). Wagi (od lewej) 2,71 g, 16 mm i 3,93 g, 19 mm. Ciekawy zestaw, a w nim m.in. rzadszy i poszukiwany denar z wiebłądem, wybity z okazji złożenia hołdu Rzymowi w 62 r. p.n.e. przez Aretasa III.
