IC - XC Christ, nimbate, seated facing on square-backed throne, raising right hand in benediction and holding Gospels in left. Rev. + ΛΛEXIω Δ-ΠOT Tω K Crowned bust of Alexius I facing, holding cruciform scepter in right hand and globus cruciger in left. DOC 25. SB 1918. Much higher silver content than normally encountered.
