| Lot description: ILLYRIA. Dyrrhachion. Circa 80/70-60/55 BC. (Bronze, 12 mm, 1.25 g, 12 h), civic issue, struck under the magistrate Paterenos. Head of Herakles to left, wearing lionskin headdress. Rev. ΔYΡ / ΠATE / ΡHNOΣ Bow, club and quiver. Cf. Evans 9 in NC 1880 for type (different magistrate) and cf. Ceka 90 for magistrate (drachm). Very rare and probably unpublished.
