| Lot description: Ousanas II, early 6th century. Argyros (Silver, 11 mm, 0.35 g). ΟYC[∀-N∀C] Draped bust of Ousanas II to right, wearing tight-fitting head cloth and circular earring; above, cross. Rev. B∀-CI-ΛE-YC Cross in outline with central square and with small decorations in angles. Hahn, Aksumite, P37. Hahn & Keck, MAKS, 61.7 (this coin). Munro-Hay, AC, type 88.
