Divus Lucius Verus, died 169. Denarius (Silver, 19 mm, 3.47 g, 6 h), Rome, struck under Marcus Aurelius. DIVVS VERVS Bare head of Divus Lucius Verus to right. Rev. CONSECRATIO Eagle standing right, with wings spread and head to left. BMC 503. Cohen 55. MIR 186-4/10. RIC 596a. Beautiful iridescent toning. Minor flan fault on the obverse, otherwise, extremely fine.
