BITHYNIA. Nicomedia. Antoninus Pius, 138-161. Diassarion (Bronze, 22 mm, 7.00 g, 6 h). ΑYΤ ΚΑΙСΑΡ ΑΝΤΩΝEΙΝΟС Laureate bust of Antoninus Pius to right, with slight drapery on his left shoulder. Rev. MHTPOΠΟΛΕ ΝEΙΚΟΜΗΔEΙΑС Tyche seated left on garlanded basket, right foot set on prow, holding grain ears in her right hand and resting left arm on cornucopiae; at her feet to left, serpent erected to left. RG 64. RPC IV.1 online -, cf. 10394 (differing obverse bust). Very rare. Minor traces of corrosion and with very light deposits, otherwise, very fine.

ΟΔΗϹϹЄΙΤΩΝ Youthful horseman in military attire riding to right, brandishing spear with his right hand. AMNG I 2238. RPC III online 769.6 (this coin). Very rare. Somewhat rough and with light scratches and minor deposits, otherwise, very fine.

ΠΑVΤΑΛ / [ΙΩΤΩΝ] the three Charites, each holding jar with their right hands; the middle one with additional ears of grain on her left. Imhoof-Blumer, Nymphen p.187, 497 (Taf. XI, 27) = Ruzicka, Pautalia, 22. RPC IV online 8760 (1 example recorded, plus a different coin erroneously included). Varbanov, GIC 4401. Apparently the third and finestn known example. Light deposits, otherwise, fine.
