| Lot description: INDO-SKYTHIANS. Azilizes, circa 85-45/35 BC. Tetradrachm (Billon, 27 mm, 9.59 g, 12 h), Indian standard, uncertain mint in the Paropamisadai or western Gandhara. ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΝ ΜΕΓΑΛΟΥ / ΑΖΙΛΙCΟΥ King on horseback to right, holding spear. Rev. 'Maharajasa rajarajasa mahatasa Ayalishasa' (in Karoshti) Nike standing front, head to left, holding lotus in her right hand and palm frond over her left shoulder; to left, monogram and Karoshti 'dhra'; to right, Karoshti 'sam'.
