Augustus, with Agrippa, 27 BC-AD 14. Dupondius (Orichalcum, 26 mm, 13.00 g, 11 h), Nemausus, circa 10-14. IMP / P - P / DIVI F Heads of Agrippa, on the left, wearing rostral crown combined with laurel wreath, and of Augustus, on the right, wearing oak-wreath, back to back. Rev. COL - NEM Crocodile standing to right, chained to large palm; below, two short palm fronds; above palm-tip, wreath with long ties. Cohen 8. RIC 159-61. RPC I 525. Beautifully patinated and very well struck. Faint adjustment marks as made, otherwise, extremely fine.
